Used Sitecore CMS to provide portals with dynamic interface

Miracle Group Inc. being one of the leading software solution providers has helped its clients provide distribution portal, group portal and corporate website on Sitecore CMS.

Providing a dynamic interface with cutting-edge product information and highly interactive user experience, we helped one of our clients from the Insurance Industry to transform its online existence.

Challenges:

Client wanted a support to their marketing efforts through rapid messaging, promotion, or anything that would increase its sale on the online platform. The challenges we faced to fulfill the requirements of the client were:

  • The site was overloaded with the content that was not at all managed
  • Replicating the clients offline brand image to the online platforms
  • Optimize the contact center to reduce the cost of customer support
  • The agent portals were not user friendly, as there was lack of communication and communicating with the agent community was both cost and time consuming
  • Lack of secure portals to cater the needs of corporate clients

Solutions:

To make the site more user friendly and give it an impressive makeover, we used Sitecore, a leading content management system. The site looks impressive now with fresh content managed properly, and provides a quick and easy navigation.

  • The site was completely redesigned with fresh content, to meet the needs of the customer
  • The heavy content of the site was optimized to be handled with ease
  • Various calculators were designed to make the customers realize the importance of insurance in their life. Few of them are; Retirement Calculator, Financial Calculators, Education Calculators, and Health Calculators.
  • To overcome the drawbacks of the agent portal, an agent portal landing page has been designed that gives an easy engagement and personalization
  • A group portal was designed for the corporate customers that provide them an access to all the records & information and a secure environment to share the documents.
