a) Fixed bid :

We charge you a fixed fee and fixed time for given requirements. Fixed bid contracts are advisable for clearly defined and frozen requirements. If you need help in defining requirements, which will involve collaborating with you on requirements elicitation, we are open to this form of exercise. We charge you a nominal fee for scoping, eliciting and freezing the requirements.

b) T&M :

We will provide you a skill/experience/rate matrix.T&M is advisable for projects where requirements keep evolving and changes are imminent in the scope and/or functionality and/or requirements.We use industry standard effort evaluation techniques and tools for project estimation.

C) Cost-Plus :

Cost Plus - We will work against a committed budget with full transparency into its actual costs. We would mark up this cost by a predetermined percentage.
