We can take up the work from any point in the SDLC process and deliver the agreed deliverables. We deliver the product / project as per your specifications. We can help you from elicitation & defining requirements to final testing to commissioning and user training.

We also offer QA and software testing for your products/projects and also act as third party verification and validation service provider.

You can get the work done on multiple projects for your multiple clients, or divisions if it is for your own organization. Every thing at a pre fixed rate, either hourly or at a fixed bid based on an effort estimate.

If you are comfortable with onsite presence during the requirements elicitation and analysis stage or implementation stage or user training stage, we will send the required team, Onsite. The travel, boarding and lodging costs have to be borne by your company, apart from the normal (offshore) hourly rates. Miracle will handle business visa formalities with your cooperation. This can be explored on a need basis.

Dedicated Staffing Relationship

Based on Skills & Experience for a fixed duration, We deploy, supervise and manage your staff at our facility for any software, web application development, and maintenance, technical or business-critical activity to run your business at our offshore facility in India.

These people work directly under your command in shifts you require them. We supervise them on your behalf so that you get the best possible output without taking any chance.

  • Upon getting a requirement we draft a person's profile. This profile, which includes your desired qualifications in a person and required experience, is circulated among our human resource data banks. We then provide you with a choice of resumes to narrow down the ideal candidate. Once you have short listed, you can then interview them before final selection. If the person you select is on the bench or in between jobs, a 15-day trial appointment can be arranged which can be a probationary period for the candidate.
  • Normally a 1-year contract is desirable which makes it fair for the candidate as well as allows you to choose from better candidates. Billing rate for 40 hrs / week, one year commitment are quoted to you with every resume.
  • Billing is done in semi-monthly and payable in advance.

Transfer:- Register a new offshore subsidiary for the customer,transfer assets, and handover operations

We operate the development center for a pre-defined period of time, after which the center is transferred to you. Miracle will provide, administrative, technical, legal and management know how and liaison work with various Indian government and statutory bodies to set up the software entity/company and you will provide most of the financial inputs. Clearly defined mutually beneficial exit clause can be incorporated and be executed. Ideal for large offshore team creation.
