Miracle Group Inc. is looking for ambitious, passionate and energetic self-starters across the country to take advantage of an exciting opportunity to be a member of our business development team. We are looking to hire professionals with a big and active network wishing to explore it for interest in Software Development and IT products.

New Business Development /New Client Acquisition that is focused on consultative proposing of Miracle’s niche IT solutions (big data, IOT, cloud, digital, Enterprise App Development, product engineering, quantitative development, etc.) and contingent staffing to regional large and mid-sized customers across the country.

The role will require strong relationship building, networking and interpersonal skills to help grow business. We will provide the appropriate training as long as you have strong people skills and enjoy sales. The goal of the desired person is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Managing relationship with key personnel and CXOs within the clients’ organization and the ability to understand and adapt to the organizational culture of the client for better delivery.
  • Identifying, pursuing and maturing opportunities within the IT Industry.
  • Being spot on with identification of opportunities for large outsourcing deals based on strong knowledge of business environment and ensuring conversions.
  • Consummating a comprehensive cycle for big outsourcing opportunities with strategic prospects or clients.
  • Selling IT based concepts as per client requirement by influencing client based on previous track record and capabilities.
  • Enabling favorable outcomes based on thorough research and competitor analysis to define strategies.
  • Putting into practice the expert knowledge of MSA or other contract process & standards by understanding the interdependencies of other business aspects.
  • Conducting client presentations, meetings, workshops and MSA negotiations with the client.
  • Ensuring achievement of targets based on review of sales plan and pursuit of prospective business pipeline/leads.
  • Working in coordination with the solution delivery team to build customized solutions and pitches for targeted prospects.

  • Proven track record of interacting with and building relationship with C-level client contacts.
  • Global Delivery Model experience desirable.
  • Past experience as Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and presentations.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Flair of working with a wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
