In the aftermath of the economical crisis that has occurred a couple of years the ago is still present for most business around the world. Even more than before companies are trying to get the best deals by inverting the least amount of money while getting the best quality on the market. This approach has helped India’s outsourcing business to flourish.

Numerous Indian outsourcing companies sprout and develop and recently the outsourcing sector has been presented with the fact that this profusion of choice will ultimately lead to the eradication of the weakest companies. Only the companies that have fully functional strategy plans and well-educated and trained employees will be able to survive.

What are the necessary pre-conditions that companies must have in order to stick out of the masses?

The National Association of Software and Service Companies (Nasscom) has recently conducted a study which shows that the outsourcing sector in India has grown by 28 percent during the last ten years, raising the complete export sector from 10 percent to 26 percent. Compared to the other sectors in Indian economy, like manufacturing, IT is the one that has been the most successful in constantly adding more jobs.

Even though the subprime crisis in 2008 and the bursting of the dotcom bubble in 2000 have caused major drawbacks in the Indian outsourcing sector, it was able to fully recover and regain its former shape.

The business strategies that the outsourcing companies implied have a grave impact on the sales number and success they are able to obtain now. A traditional approach seems to be less functional than a modern and up-to-date one. Also it has proven to be more helpful if outsourcing companies rely on improving the effectiveness of businesses and increased presence in onshore companies in Australia, South America in Europe. Others believe that organic growth focusing on a broad spectrum is the most efficient way to get and keep customers.

The strategies mentioned above have turned out to be the most successful ones if the data that has been collected by Nasscom is taken into consideration. The companies that focus on their clients’ needs, including scarce resources, a tight time frame and good communication with the outsourcing partner, can surely make them a name in the outsourcing business.
