altThroughout the last few years India has managed to become one of the fastest growing business process outsourcing (BPO) provider in the world. It is estimated that, by 2011, it will increase by 23.2 percent which will cause it to reach a size of $1.4 billion. Only a year ago the sales numbers amounted to $1.1 billion. Those numbers were researched by the American advisory and information technology research company Gartner Inc. 


The Department of Information Technology, belonging to the Government of India, updates the public on the latest version of a theoretical framework for mobile governance.
