The employees that work with an IT organization are the biggest risk managers. The major role of risk management is played by the project managers and the business analyst.

When you are in an organization, you know the in and out about it, you know the manpower, the capability of the employees and the infrastructure. A business analyst is someone that analyzes the business requirements of the company and to bring more business to the organization so that they can function properly. The role of a BA involves client communication and assuring clients that the organization will be able to handle the project and will be able to meet all their requirements.

On the other hand, a project manager is involved in a role where he is in direct communication with the employees so as to make sure that the tasks are completed on time. For an organization it is important to have a strong and a well versed Project manager, so that they re able to handle the pressure and keep the team motivated to deliver even in the worst situations.  For any organization to work proficiently, the project manager and the business analyst should be in direct collaboration with the business analyst.
